Rental Space

You may choose a caterer from our resource list or self cater.  Let us know what your plans are and we can guide you in the right direction. Our Calendar of Events does not show availability of rental space. Visit our Facebook page for more pictures.

Social Events

  • Socials are offered at a five OR seven hour time frame. Weddings are only the 7 hour time frame.
  • Adequate time for personal set-up, DJ, caterer and cleanup time must be included in the 5 OR 7 hour time frame.
  • All socials require a $300 security deposit which will be returned to you after the event.
  • Please call at least 2 -3 months in advance for Social events.
  • Extra hours can be added to the above stated time frames, just ask for the pricing.

Business Meetings

  • Wireless Internet Connection.
  • All business meetings require a three hour minimum.
  • Your security deposit of $100 which will be returned to you after the event.
  • Rent-able Audiovisual equipment (Inquire about our rates):
    • Flip Charts/Dry Erase Boards
    • Microphones
    • Screens
    • Sound System – blue-tooth enabled
