If you are looking for Columbia Association documents because you are selling your house, the Dorsey’s Search Community Association sells the resale packets.  The packets include Columbia Association and the Village documents.  There is a $35 charge.  We accept cash (exact change), check, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.  Our business hours are:   Tuesday – Thursday from 7am – 3pm.
