Meetings are open to the community and are held in-person at Linden Hall (4765 Dorsey Hall Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21042) If you submitted an application, the Covenant Advisor will send you an application notification with the date your application will be reviewed. If you have an issue with in-person meetings, please contact the Covenant Advisor, Anne McKissick. Her email is listed below.

All exterior changes require an application.  Whether you are moving from aluminium siding to vinyl siding, we require an application.   Want to replace those old wooden windows with new vinyl windows, please apply.  There are certain items that qualify for our accelerated/fast track process.  The Covenant Advisor will determine whether you qualify for this process.  Don’t know if you need to apply for your change or what items we need from you? Please call us (410-730-4005) and we can answer that question for you. Email is the best way to communicate with us because we have access to our emails during the work week (Monday – Friday)
